Ray Paris, Managing Director

Ray Paris, Managing Director of PRCE, is an internationally qualified civil and structural engineer and an internationally recognized risk management consultant.

In 2002 Ray gained the professional risk management recognition of Certified Practicing Risk Manager from the Australasian Institute of Risk Management, and in doing so became the first person to gain that title in the Small Island Countries of the Pacific.

Ray has been instrumental in setting up and servicing risk management programs with most of Fiji’s major companies involving utilities, mining, timber milling, sugar milling, aviation, hotels and resorts, insurance, banking and many other large business houses.

Ray has gained considerable consulting engineering experience with over 30 years of professional practice including design and implementation of projects in Fiji, the United Kingdom, and in other South Pacific Island countries.

Ray is recognized as a qualified structural engineer by the Insurance Council of Fiji, and is a corporate member of the Institution of Engineers Australia, and of the Fiji Institution of Engineers of which he was the President for many years.

Ray is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Suva North, and was recently awarded the prestigeous Paul Harris Fellow award.

Teresie Paris, is the other Director and the firm's Company Secretary, Teresie is from Rotuma.

Alisi Wong, Associate

Manager Projects, is experienced in building design, on-site inspections, clerk of works duties, contract administration, and CAD detailed drafting. Alisi has been the project technician in charge of several multi-million $ projects in Fiji and overseas. Alisi is currently undergoing part time further extension studies.

Angela Paris, Associate

Graduate Engineer. Angela, has a degree in civil engineering from Griffith University in Brisbane. Angie has experience in structural design, clerk of works duties and detailed drafting as well as on-site inspections.

Maria is our administration manager.
